To reserve talents and to strengthen human capital, Wai Chi Electronics has recruited fresh graduates from different well-known institutions in China as our Management Associates. Wai Chi will focus on the development of their technical expertise and working interests allowing students to have a systematic, target training. Such training would provide students an environment to learn the company’s structure, working flow, working skills and management skills; this would also allow each of Wai Chi’s department to train new talents. In figure 1 – 6, students in the pictures are from WuHan JiangHan University; they came to Wai Chi during their intern-in-company period.

Figure 7 – 10 shows the two day pre-employment training, which includes: introduction, rules and regulations, knowledge of product design, quality awareness of the company system.
