To meet with the market demand and to offer more varieties to our clients, WAI CHI ELECTRONICS always develops new, innovative products that suit the needs of our customers.

One of our latest items is “Large size LED backlight” for television display panels from 32 to 47 inch. With the support of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited (ASTRI), our television backlights are dynamically controlled. The technique allows the display having greater contrast with better visual effect. We even implement LED backlight to a double-sided 32 inch advertisement display. They were exhibited during the Hong Kong Electronic Asia 2008 Fair. Furthermore, we also displayed large LED backlights (300mm x 400mm) in white, red, green and blue, automotive grade backlights and superbright white LED backlights.

Many visitors showed great interests in these new products. Feedbacks and enquiries obtained during the fair shows that our effort is worthwhile.
